The Fine Print (Made Simple):
Billing: $297 is billed monthly. There are no long-term contracts.
Cancellations: Founders commit to 3 months, then cancel anytime. Cancel inside the first 3 months and the waived $500 setup fee becomes due (see Founder Program Terms). After that, cancel whenever you want and your access runs to the end of that billing period.
Sequence Logic: To ensure a lead receives the full 60-day nurture, your subscription must remain active for the duration of that outreach.
Usage Fees: AI-powered outreach such as automated text messages incurs small usage-based fees separate from the $297 monthly subscription. Matt covers what this looks like for your lead volume on the Fit Check call.

$297/mo is our founding rate for the first 10 loan officers. The regular price will be $497/mo plus a $997 setup fee.
As a founder you lock in $297/mo for 24 months as long as your account stays active. You also skip the $500 setup fee.

Can I cancel anytime?
Founders commit to the first 3 months so the AI has time to warm up your pipeline. After that you are month to month and can cancel anytime. If you cancel in those first 3 months, the $500 setup fee we waived becomes due. While you are active, the AI keeps running your follow-up. If you cancel, your follow-up sequences stop at the end of that billing period.
Do I need my own CRM account?
No. Your lead management system is included and fully built for you.
Can I upgrade my account later?
Yes. Right now we are focused on the core system for our founding clients. We are already building bigger features, like an AI that answers calls for you. Founders hear about them first.
